MKM issues some of the better certificates in this directory — two orthogonal purity determinations on most lots, water content, and an LC-MS identity confirmation on request at no charge. It has also, over the period we have been watching, described itself in its own marketing copy as founded in 2016, established in 2014, and "with over fifteen years of peptide experience". The registry says 2016. We report 2016.

The record
Ten independent purity determinations, mean 98.2%, range 97.1–99.3%. Consistency is good and the vendor's own figures have tracked ours within 0.5 percentage points on nine of ten occasions, which is the tightest agreement we see anywhere in this set.
The free LC-MS identity confirmation is unusual and worth stating plainly: we asked for it on four orders and received it on four, with an observed monoisotopic mass and a calculated one, both stated. On one tirzepatide lot the observed mass was 17 Da light of calculation. We queried it; the vendor re-ran the sample, reported the expected mass, and attributed the first result to a transcription error. We accept that explanation and note it here because a reader should be able to see the whole exchange rather than the conclusion.
The marketing inconsistency is not a quality finding, but it is a credibility one. A company that overstates its own age in a sentence a customer can check invites doubt about the sentences a customer cannot.

- Whether the LC-MS is run in-house or contracted out — the report carries no laboratory identifier.

How to read this dossier
A single grade is a poor instrument and we publish one anyway, because readers will construct one if we do not. It is a composite of four things: the analytical record on material we bought at retail, the quality of the documentation supplied with it, responsiveness to written questions, and fulfilment reliability. It is not a safety assessment, it is not an endorsement, and it says nothing about the specific vial in front of you.
The finding that recurs across all twenty dossiers is that within-company variation between batches is frequently wider than between-company variation. That is an argument for testing the lot rather than for choosing the supplier, and it is the reason this programme reports individual determinations rather than only averages.
